He has been interested in genealogy since childhood when he realized that all Cajuns are related.  This site is dedicated to Acadian, Cajun and Louisiana Genealogy, History and Culture.  Stanley is a descendant of most of the Acadian surnames exiled in 1755.  In addition, he is a descendant of the Canary Islanders and has French and French-Canadian ancestors.
